Goldwyns is a professional services firm of chartered accountants and financial advisers based in Lagos, Nigeria. It is an associate firm of Goldwyns UK, a chartered accounting firm operating from London, United Kingdom. These two firms operate in a network of independent entities across the continents of Africa, Europe, and Asia in providing several service offerings which include audit and assurance services, tax management and business advisory services in their respective jurisdictions. Goldwyns will leverage on its rich experience and long track record of servicing clients across diverse industries to deliver services founded on utmost competence and professionalism, in conjunction with first-rate peer review exercises which all audit engagements are subjected to.

SL FINANCIAL is an independent actuarial consulting firm with headquarters in Coral Gables, Florida (USA) and operating from Douala, Cameroon. Our business purpose is to assist public and private entities to efficiently manage risk and recover from the hardship of unexpected loss. Since our formation in 2014, we have grown our annual revenues year-over-year and have expanded into data and analytics with the formation of affiliate startup SL DRA, LLC. Our team combines over 100 years of actuarial experience worldwide, actuarial credentials in multiple jurisdictions and advanced skills in analytics and data science. Our client base includes Florida insurance companies and brokerage firms, the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR), managing general agencies, Bermuda captives, Caribbean, and African insurance groups.

Achille is Principal/CEO associated with the firm SL FINANCIAL, Inc. He is a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries and meets its qualification standards for issuing Statements of Actuarial Opinion included with NAIC Property and Casualty Annual Statements. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (General Insurance Specialty Track), an Affiliate of the Casualty Actuarial Society, a Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst, and a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of France.

Tony is the Technical Partner at Goldwyns, Lagos, Nigeria and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, as well as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He also holds a Master of Business Administration. Tony is also the Chief Operating Officer of Goldwyns. He is a seasoned financial expert with decades of experience cutting across several operating units within the Firm’s structure and the Goldwyns network of Firms. Before joining the Goldwyns Network, he had worked across sectors including shipping services; financial services, merchandizing and conglomerates. He is resourceful in the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), reconstruction engagements and advisory services. He has cumulative wealth of experience spanning 36 years.

Bunmi is the Audit and Accounts Partner, at Goldwyns, London UK and a Fellow of The Chartered Association of Certified the Accountants, UK, he also holds a B.Sc (Hons) degree in Economics. Bunmi has been with the firm for over 22 years, and trained with Deloittes. In his role as Audit and Accounts partner, Bunmi is responsible for ensuring that the firm complies with the required Auditing and Accounting Standards whilst carrying out professional services to a wide variety of clients.

Olatunde is the Managing Partner at Goldwyns, Lagos, Nigeria and a Fellow of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, as well as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He also holds a Higher National Diploma in Accounting.
Olatunde commenced his practice in 1991 and trained in the firm of Z. O. Ososanya & Co. Chartered Accountants. He also had stints in managerial roles in the banking industry between 1994 and 1998. He has been in professional practice since then.
With decades of professional practice experience, Olatunde offers expertise in tax advisory services to clients in the Goldwyns Network of firms. He is also responsible for the day-to-day administration of Goldwyns Nigeria.

Frida is an Executive Assistant & Office Manager at SL FINANCIAL. She holds a Master in Human Resources Management from ENSET Douala as well as several certifications in leadership and management, payroll management and SAGE PAYROLL software. Currently executive assistant / operation manager at SL FINANCIAL.

Raoul is an Actuarial Associate at Goldwyns Actuary. He holds a master's degree in actuarial science from the Institute of Financial Science and Insurance (ISFA) in Lyon. Currently, he is completing his training to integrate the French Institute of Actuaries with a thesis under the Comparative study of the issues and challenges of Risk Adjustments for life and non-life insurance contracts under IFRS 17. Raoul has been in industry for about two (02) years mainly in life insurance and actuarial consulting firm focusing in data analyst, pricing, reserving and reinsurance. Beside that he is a student of CAS.

Regis, nearing completion of his actuarial exams with only two left, is a Junior Actuary (functioning as Senior) at GALLP. With almost three years in the field, he excels in liability valuation, specializing in IAS19 compliance, life and non-life insurance reserving, and IFRS17 transitions. Regis is known for his innovative approach in developing tools for IAS19 and IFRS 17 liability valuations, as well as conducting Expected Credit Loss assessments under IFRS 9. He is actively working towards his ASA designation and is valued as a mentor and leader, making impactful contributions to the actuarial profession.

Sidelle, an actuarial junior at GALLP, earned her master’s in actuarial science from ESSFAR, Yaoundé, focusing her thesis on “Transitional CSM Evaluation under IFRS 17.” With over a year in consulting, she’s a former Actuarial Intern at Prudential Beneficial Life Insurance and Mathematics Teacher. Her expertise spans data manipulation, analytics, actuarial tools, software development for pricing, reserving, and retirement benefits valuation. She’s adept at building mortality rate tables, data integration, analytics, IFRS 17 liability evaluation, VBA tool implementation, and post-retirement benefit valuation. Sidelle is recognized for her integrity, high-quality work, attention to detail, and harmonious team integration.

Roger is a passionate and results-oriented Full-Stack Developer, Database manager, and IT trainer with at least 5 years of experience managing web applications and databases. Also, proven ability to translate complex IT technical concepts into clear and understandable information. Eager to contribute to a fast-paced environment and collaborate with talented teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences.

Stephane Kakeu is a Senior Actuarial and IT consultant working with SL FINANCIAL, Stephane K. has a Master degree in Actuarial science from Douala University of Cameroon, coupled to a telecommunication engineering diploma, he has been in Insurance industry for over seven (07) years, mainly in insurance and consulting after more than 05 year experience as an audit engineer. His consulting career has focused on ratemaking and reserve analytics, Property/Casualty insurance lines, health pricing, with focus now on reinsurance. He is a student of CAS, preparing actuarial exams.
